We are in a tricky period on the farm where the foliage we have been using over winter has run out, the Summer foliage is putting on new grown (and will wilt if picked) and we are waiting on our farmed foliage to grow! So we head out foraging and pick up some other types of greens and fillers.
We also trial a new location, around 45mins from home.

BACK STORY
May 2020 we started a flower farm in North East Victoria, Australia. Moroni, utilising his Agricultural Engineering skills, and Phaedra drawing on her years of growing vegetables. Neither of us had grown flowers, neither had farmed. We didn't have any large equipment, and we had started up on a very tight budget. Our lowest temperature in Winter is around -5 degrees Celsius, our top temperature in Summer reaches up to 42 degrees Celsius at least a couple of times each Summer.
