Making a Cottagecore Linen Apron | beginner friendly sewing, free pattern

Hello everyone and welcome to a new video!

About a year ago, I originally made a super cute apron for my #cottagecore adventures (ie. washing the dishes). I thought it was going to be a really straightforward project, but between a few complications, I wasn't 100% sold on the final apron. I also wanted to try this softer more decorated style of apron, with the really cute criss-cross at the back. I used my rowan berry fabric, which is a heavyweight linen, and I used approximately 1.5 meters. The free pattern from Mood is listened below. Overall, I'm really happy with the outcome and I think I'll now endeavour on making one for myself! A huge thank you to my friend Emily (@emilybakedit on IG) for accepting a gift that required a photoshoot haha.
