Making my dream cottagecore red gingham dress! I transform a picnic blanket into a sweet diy fashion springtime outfit. In making this cottagecore dress I ran into a few roadblocks, but I persevered and now I have the perfect spring dress to go adventuring in. In this cottagecore sewing project I wanted something that will have good movement and would be very comfortable, and this outfit ticks all of those boxes! It makes me want to run out and frolic through the fields! Have you done any springtime sewing? Gingham is my favorite fabric of all time, there is just something so sweet and refreshing about this design! I would love a gingham garment in every color, and here I'm adding red gingham to my collection
